Do not be fooled by its name. The Teverun Fighter Mini is no small scooter but rather an excellently equipped machine. It is only when compared to other scooters of this brand that its size is the most compact. However, this model hides two motors providing a power of 2 950 W, a top speed of 60 km/h and a range of 80 km, which are specs typical of scooters belonging to the upper middle class. Thanks to a shorter wheelbase and a lower steering rod, the Teverun Fighter Mini is easier to control compared to its larger siblings while retaining properties typical of all Teverun scooters – comfort, excellent build quality and state-of-the-art equipment.

Power and range

The Teverun Fighter Mini is a certain compromise between a scooter used for daily commuting to work and a scooter designed for weekend trips outside the city. That is why they had to come up with an adequate drive unit when producing it. The result? Two motors with a rated power of 2 000 W that can provide a peak power of 2 950 W for a short period of time. After pressing the finger lever, the scooter quickly accelerates away from the intersection and even climbs steep hills without the slightest problem. This performance is reflected in its top speed, which in the case of this machine reaches 60 km/h. For a rider to be able to ride at this speed for as long as possible, the scooter must ensure both ideal power delivery and energy utilization. This is precisely the task of a pair of 25 A controllers. Speaking about energy, we must not forget the battery. Inside the deck there is a 52 V Li-Ion battery with a capacity of 20.8 Ah that delivers energy sufficient for 80 km long trips. This battery also comes with intelligent battery management that prolongs its serviceable life and also helps with more efficient charging. Once the scooter runs out of juice, it only needs to be connected to the supplied 2 A charger via one charging port located at the side of the deck.

Body, design and equipment

The aviation-grade aluminum frame offers an excellent strength/weight ratio that makes it an ideal combo for the city streets. The scooter body continues through the massive neck to the innovative and rigid folding joint. Just loosen the single lever and hook the steering rod to the raised section of the deck. The durable design is felt both with the steering rod and the handlebars themselves. Being an urban model, the handlebars are 65 cm wide and provide you with full control over the scooter. At both ends there are ergonomic grips, as well as the controls operating the lights, turn signals and the horn. The other hand controls the setting of the scooter’s riding modes and the accelerator finger lever. The modern equipment is completed by the NFC chip reader serving for locking and unlocking the scooter. Taking the spotlight is the 3.5-inch TFT display built right into the stem. You won't find on the market a display with more advanced functions and clearer graphics providing you with all riding data and setting options. Moreover, it offers Bluetooth connectivity and remote control via a smartphone app. Since the Teverun Fighter Mini, like other scooters made by this brand, belongs to the Minimotors family, it is only natural that it comes in the iconic black design with backlit RGB elements highlighting details all over its body.

Safety, comfort and practicality

When it comes to Teverun scooters, the quality workmanship and solid body go hand in hand with comfort. The Teverun Fighter Mini builds on this legacy thanks to its chassis filtering out small bumps, as well as deep holes. How is it possible? The magic lies in combining the 10-inch inflatable tires without an inner tube that are 3 inches wide with the hydraulic suspension. The adjustable shock absorbers are found at the front and back, making your rides both adrenaline-filled and comfortable. Speaking about safety, we must not forget to mention the hydraulic disc brakes that make sure you always stop ahead of any danger. You should neither worry about low light conditions. The Teverun Fighter Mini lights your way with a twin LED light at the front. It is complemented by a multifunctional LED strip running around the entire deck and its raised part. By default, it lights up based on your settings and preferences that you choose in the app. However, after pressing the brake lever or switching on the turn signals, it also serves as a turn signal or brake light. Completing the set of lights and style is the backlit inscription on both sides of the steering rod.

Looking at the scooter’s configuration, it is clear that the Teverun Fighter Mini is an exceptional machine. It can handle the pitfalls of the city without the slightest hesitation while providing riders with enough power, energy and design potential for weekend trips. Although looking a little massive, it only weighs 29.5 kg. By its size of 118 x 60 x 65 cm (length, height, width) when folded it does not rank among the smallest urban models. On the other hand, it remains possible for owners to carry it up a few stairs or load it into an elevator or a car trunk. However, it provides the riders with the most memorable experience after they unfold it to a size of 118 x 125 x 65 cm and hit the city streets.

The name Teverun Fighter Mini suggests that we should expect some kind of a compromise. However, the reality is very much the opposite. This urban scooter has everything that demanding riders expect from it in the city streets. And it even brings something extra.
