Compared to its parent version, it is by 6 cm longer and taller, more powerful and lasts longer thanks to a larger battery. Body, design and equipment

With its improvements, the Dualtron Victor Luxury Plus aims for an even more intense feeling of riding fast. The most extreme version of this scooter has grown both in length and height compared to its parent version. Yet, it does not lack practical design and details of first-class workmanship. Immediately after stepping on the Luxury Pro model, the new owners will recognize a fundamental difference compared to the basic version. It comes with a deck that was made longer by 6 cm and terminates in a raised rear step. The steering rod has been extended by 6 cm as well, making the Dualtron Victor Luxury Plus a machine built for an even more aggressive riding style. The bigger version comes with overall dimensions of 117x61x130 cm (length, width, height) and a weight of 37.4 kg. It can carry up to 120 kg. From its parent model, it inherits a rubber deck surface and illuminated sides of the deck. The folding handlebars and the frame made of 6082-T6 aviation-grade aluminum stayed the same. The Dualtron Victor Luxury Plus also inherited the large and easily readable EYE panel displaying all the important data to riders, such as speed, daily kilometers travelled (TRIP), total kilometers travelled (ODO), as well as the current battery level. The controls on the handlebars can be also used to set cruise control or switch between three riding modes.

Safety and ride quality

Why change something that works? That is what the designers at Minimotors asked themselves and so the Dualtron Victor Luxury Pro uses the proven maintenance-free elastomer suspension at the front and the rear. You can adjust it based on your preferences by using 5 supplied rubber cartridges of different stiffness. The brakes use a proven design as well. With two 140 mm ZOOM hydraulic brakes, electronic regenerative brake and eABS, you can rest assured that you will always safely and timely brake to a stop from any speed. The 10-inch inflatable tires with the contact area extended by 5 mm further contribute to your comfort. The lights have been improved. At the front, you will find a brighter twin light and at the back the brake light is now complemented with turn signals and reflective elements along the entire scooter body. The horn, which was not featured in the basic version, further enhances road safety.

Power and range

The scooter’s drive unit was enhanced for the highest configuration of the Victor scooter series. Now the two MAX BLDC motors are able to produce a peak power of up to 4300 W, which is plenty enough to conquer steep hills and for a top speed on a flat surface of up to 85 km/h. Better performance requires adequate supply of energy, which is why Minimotors fitted the Luxury Pro model with a larger 35 Ah LG battery with 21 700 cells and operating at 60 V. This significantly improved the scooter’s range, now reaching up to 120 km (in ideal conditions). When, after riding the scooter for a long time, you finally need to connect the scooter to a charger, you have two charging ports supporting fast charging at your disposal. The scooter also features a third port that is intended for connecting external battery. Two 6.5 A fast chargers can replenish the battery in 5-6 hours.

About the brand

The Minimotors is known globally as one of the best and most reliable manufacturers of electric scooters. It was established in 1999 in Pusan (Busan) in South Korea. Shortly after its establishment, the company became famous for its mass-produced electric motors.
