Power and range

The design is one thing, but what kind of a machine would it be without decent performance? At Kingsong, they know it too well, which is why they equipped the 16S model with a motor providing a rated power of 1200 W and 80 Nm of torque. However, its peak power actually reaches 3000 W. Climbing hills at a 30° gradient will therefore not be a problem for you or for the unicycle. Once this power is tested on a flat surface, it translates into a top speed of 35 km/h, which is plenty enough for an urban environment. A unicycle providing such an output must be properly supplied with energy, which is the task of the 60 V Li-Ion LG battery providing a capacity of 14 Ah. With this battery, you can enjoy trips up to 80 km long. Meaning, there is no need for daily charging, not even with very intensive use. However, when the time finally comes to connect the battery to the mains, it takes about 7 hours for it to fully charge using the supplied charger.

Safety, comfort and practicality

The urban nature of the Kingsong 16S model radiates from all its parts and components. In addition to its design and body, the riding properties are too dominated by easy handling and practical use. It is based around a 16-inch inflatable wheel with inner tube that has no problems going across large bumps or holes. The correct body posture is equally important when it comes to safety. Contributing to it are not only the two side power pads protecting the legs but, in particular, the sufficiently large and foldable pedals. They stand out by their honeycomb design for better cleaning. The manufacturer equipped both pedals with a surface featuring small spikes for even better stability and feeling safe in all conditions. You do not have to worry about reduced visibility either, thanks to the powerful headlight and the rear light, along with a brake light. The manufacturer did not forget the practicality of a unicycle. When you are not riding it, all you need to do is to pull out the handle resembling the one on a travel case. As for compactness, a length of 46.3 cm; a height of 50.6 cm and a width of 23.6 cm (with folded pedals), as well as a weight of 17.5 kg, will give you no particular problem to pick it up and carry it wherever needed.
