Performance and range

The INMOTION V11Y is designed for riders who demand high performance, smooth acceleration, and reliable range without compromise. At the heart of the unicycle is a modern brushless motor with a nominal power of 2500 W, which can briefly reach up to 7000 W peak power under maximum load. Combined with a torque of 100 Nm, the unicycle provides a very dynamic ride, quick response to the rider’s movements, and excellent riding characteristics even on steeper climbs. The V11Y can handle inclines of up to 40°, making it an ideal choice not only for the city but also for hilly terrain or sportier riding. A maximum speed of up to 60 km/h enables fast travel over longer distances while maintaining high stability. The high-quality 18 × 3" tire also plays a major role in this, providing excellent grip, comfort, and confidence while riding. The electric unicycle is equipped with a high-capacity Samsung 21700 50E battery with parameters of 84 V, 17.8 Ah, and a total capacity of 1500 Wh. The used 20S4P cell configuration ensures stable performance, efficient energy management, and long battery life. The range of the V11Y reaches up to 120 km, while the real result depends on riding style, terrain, temperature, and rider weight. Charging takes approximately 8 hours with the standard 2.5A charger, but thanks to support for fast charging with current of up to 10 A, the charging time can be significantly reduced to approximately 2 hours. Practical dual charging ports allow the use of two chargers at the same time, which is especially appreciated by riders who use the unicycle daily or on long routes.

Construction and equipment

The construction of the INMOTION V11Y was designed with an emphasis on comfort, durability, and stability during everyday use as well as longer rides. The unicycle uses a modern air suspension system with 85 mm of travel, which effectively absorbs vibrations and surface irregularities. Thanks to this, it provides a significantly more comfortable ride compared to classic rigid models without suspension. You will especially appreciate the suspension when riding on paving stones, damaged roads, or off-road terrain, where it significantly reduces rider fatigue and improves overall control over the unicycle. The large 18 × 3" tire provides excellent stability, comfort, and confidence even at higher speeds. The unicycle dimensions of 500 × 180 × 743 mm have been optimized to maintain good handling while also providing enough space for a comfortable rider stance. The weight of approximately 29.9 kg represents a good compromise between robustness and portability. A practical addition is the integrated retractable trolley handle, which makes handling easier when carrying or guiding the unicycle indoors. The equipment also includes a built-in stand, perforated aluminum pedals, and protective bumpers that protect the body of the unicycle in case of a fall or contact with an obstacle. The V11Y also offers rich technological equipment, including an intelligent mobile app for Android and iOS, which enables diagnostics monitoring, riding mode settings, and firmware updates. A significant advantage is high resistance to water and dust – the body meets IPX6 certification and the battery even IPX7, which significantly increases reliability during everyday use in various weather conditions.

The INMOTION V11Y was developed with an emphasis on rider safety, high comfort, and trouble-free everyday use. Safe braking is handled by an electronic regenerative system, which converts part of the kinetic energy back into the battery during deceleration while ensuring smooth and controlled braking. The intelligent Smart BMS system continuously monitors the condition of individual battery cells and protects them against overcharging, overheating, short circuit, or excessive discharge. Another important feature is the anti-spinning system, which prevents uncontrolled tire spinning when the unicycle is lifted off the ground. Safety during riding is also increased by a powerful front LED light with a brightness of 1500 lumens, which ensures high-quality road illumination even during night rides. The rear brake light improves rider visibility for other road users. Riding comfort is supported by quality suspension, the ergonomic shape of the unicycle body, and a stable platform suitable even for longer routes. The V11Y is designed for riders weighing up to 120 kg, while its robust construction ensures high stability even at higher speeds.

Compared to the original V11 model, it brings a more powerful High-Performance Raptor Y Controller, higher peak power of up to 7000 W, and better overall acceleration response. Compared to the INMOTION V12S, the V11Y is more focused on comfort and touring rides. Although the V12S reaches a higher maximum speed of 70 km/h and has a more aggressive sporty character, the V11Y offers lower weight, more comfortable air suspension, and better everyday usability. For riders who prefer comfortable long routes, stability, and versatility, the V11Y represents one of the best electric unicycles in its category.
