The Dualtron Victor Limited EY4 (2025 edition) is the most technologically advanced version in the Victor series. It combines a robust body inspired by the Thunder 3 model (thanks to the improved high-strength square beam steering column) and a sophisticated EY4 display that supports Bluetooth and provides information about speed, battery status, performance settings, and cruise control. With maximum power up to 4000 W (2×1300 W nominal output) and a range of 110 km (when using 60 V 35 Ah battery), this scooter offers top performance and endurance while maintaining legal capacity to ride on roads within the 25 km/h speed limit. The weight of 39.1 kg and a load capacity of 120 kg guarantee stability and comfort, making it suitable for technically demanding riders.
Design and equipment
The Victor Limited has a modern and robust look – extended deck (1230 mm), reinforced folding mechanism, and steering column made of a square beam improve stiffness and torsional strength. At the center are 10″×3″ tubeless tires that are slightly wider than with previous models, featuring a pronounced tread suitable for both asphalt and gravel. Hydraulic NUTT disc brakes are supplemented with ABS and EBS systems, significantly boosting rider’s confidence when riding fast. The large color EY4 display with Bluetooth connectivity allows adjusting power modes, removing speed limit, and monitoring the diagnostics via mobile app. Light signals – headlights, brake lights, turn signals, and a robust horn – ensure excellent visibility at night. The practical flexi stand and reinforced deck contribute to stability when stationary.
Use and practicality
The Victor Limited is a multifunctional machine – suitable for comfortable city commuting, as well as adrenaline off-road riding. Thanks to its 60 V 35 Ah battery (Samsung/LG), it reaches a real-life range of 110 km. Charging using dual ports (standard + fast 6.5 A) allows optimally allocating the charging time – about 20 h in standard mode, approximately 7 h in fast charging mode. The weight of 39.1 kg and folded size of 1230 × 260 × 560 mm make the scooter relatively compact, yet stable and suitable for being stored in a car trunk or at home. The EY4 display with cruise control and single/dual motor switch simplifies everyday use – start moving with one motor and then smoothly switch to both motors to save energy or gain performance. Thanks to adjustable suspension with five cartridge types (from soft to hard), you can adjust comfort based on whether you ride on asphalt or in off-road terrain.
Safety
The scooter places a lot of emphasis on safety – hydraulic NUTT disc brakes on both front and rear wheels provide strong and reliable braking power. They are complemented by ABS/EBS, including electronic assistance, and the advanced BMS technology that protects the battery against overheating, overcurrent, short circuit, or mechanical piercing. The complete lighting system – including powerful LED headlights, side LED strips, turn signals, and brake lights – ensures visibility in all directions. The robust folding mechanism aimed at minimizing “guidonnage” is a feature of technological superiority, meaning there is no risk of dangerous instability at high speeds. IPX5 rating protects the scooter from rain and splashes – riding in light rain is not a problem.
Power and range
Despite the legally restricted top speed of 25 km/h (on public roads), the scooter is capable of delivering a real output of 2×1300 W (nominal) and up to 4000 W of peak power, allowing it to reach a speed of about 85 km/h on private roads. The 60 V 35 Ah battery of the "Pro" category (Samsung or LG 21700) offers a range of 110 km, while the 28 Ah (Lite) version reaches 90 km. Output flexibility is improved by the ability to switch between single and dual motor directly while riding. The scooter can handle steep climbs up to 35° (70%) and, when combined with comfortable suspension, it guarantees excellent performance without major compromises in terms of rider comfort.
Our rating
The "Limited" model brings significant improvements over the standard Dualtron Victor (Lite/Pro): more rigid folding mechanism for greater riding stability, new and wider tubeless tires, and steering features taken from Thunder 3/Storm Limited models. The navigation button for single/dual motor is exclusive to the Limited version, offering flexibility when starting and riding. The 35 Ah battery version offers the longest range in the Victor series – up to 110 km compared to 100 km with Pro and 75 km with Lite models. Nominal motor outputs remain the same (2×1300 W), but the improved suspension and frame provide higher precision and sensitivity – especially when riding fast or off the road.
Service

About the brand
The Minimotors is known globally as one of the best and most reliable manufacturers of electric scooters. It was established in 1999 in Busan, South Korea. Shortly after its establishment, the company became famous for its mass-produced electric motors. In 2010, it began developing and manufacturing electric scooters as an excellent personal mobility alternative to single-track gasoline vehicles. In the same year, it launched the Speedway electric scooter series. Due to high demand and the resulting need to boost manufacturing, Minimotors moved its manufacturing to a new factory in China and in 2015 completed the design and began producing the new electric scooter type named Dualtron Ultra. Seeing its huge success, the company continued developing and manufacturing other models and model series. Presently, the company offers the Dualtron, Speedway, and Futecher model series that are popular among e-mobility enthusiasts around the world, inextricably linking the Minimotors brand to electric scooters. Although many new companies continue to emerge in the field of e-mobility, they lack the experience gained by Minimotors over the years. Many of these newcomers soon abandon their plans due to poor quality of their products and the resulting lack of market interest.
