Riders weighing over 100 kg can easily travel at these speeds as well. The flat city roads will be a joy to conquer. However, with its rear wheel drive the scooter will also handle minor climbs.
The overall satisfaction with this model is further enhanced by the range of 35 kilometers per charge. Meaning, you do not have to worry about your 48 V and 15.4 Ah Li-Ion battery not being sufficient for a few days of short commuting to work. Speaking about charging, using one connector and a portable 220 V battery charger you can fully charge the battery in just 7 hours.
Safety and frame
The robust frame made of aviation-grade aluminium emphasizes the nature of the City Boss GV5L model, allowing all riders to adjust the scooter to their height and preferences. How? The basic dimensions (120 cm in length, 61 cm in width and 117 cm in height) can be adapted to your needs by using the telescopic steering rod. Add to it the wide deck surface where you can fit both feet placed next to each other, 10-inch pneumatic tires and a pair of mechanically-controlled disc brakes and you can be sure that you will always arrive to your destination comfortably and safely. The wide handlebars are complemented with the front and rear spring shock absorbers, which means you will not experience any shaky feelings or uncertain body posture on this scooter after travelling a few kilometers. This scooter can carry a total load of up to 150 kg! Not even darkness or poor visibility will prevent you from enjoying riding it. The headlight providing luminosity of up to 400 lumens will show you every road obstacle or bend, allowing you to see 10 meters in front of you without any problems. Others on the road will be alerted to your presence by the ambient LED strip, coupled with dynamic turn signals and a brake light.

When the City Boss GV5L zooms past you down a city street, at first glance you will certainly be attracted by its striking red components on the black frame. Although the scooter comes with eye-catching design, those are mainly its practical features that will make you fall in love with it. The scooter folding ergonomics is so easy that you will truly enjoy travelling with it to your office or a café. Just fold down the handlebars and release the folding joint with double safety mechanism. Weighing 22.8 kilograms, you can carry it with one hand without problems. Moreover, measuring 116 cm in length, 42 cm in height and 26 cm in width when folded, you can comfortably put it in the trunk of your car or take it with you when using public transport.
The durable fenders above the front and rear wheel are a default feature. The City Boss GV5L is equipped with cruise control that makes it unnecessary to keep your finger on the control lever all the time. The control lever forms a part of the control panel where you can switch between three riding modes. It goes without saying that the display is transreflective, allowing you to read the data such as current speed, current battery status, distance traveled or riding time even in direct sunlight. You will also find a USB port at the back of the display, allowing you to charge your smartphone. Being a city scooter, it simply has to come equipped with a horn and a kickstand.
