The battery has parameters of 48 V, 10 Ah, which corresponds to a capacity of 480 Wh. On a single charge, the manufacturer states a range of 25 km in electric mode and 42 km in PAS mode, while charging takes approximately 6 – 8 hours.

The manufacturer does not list regenerative braking or cruise control in the available specification, so I do not recommend listing them as product features. According to ENGWE EU, the lighting equipment is described as a front light and rear reflector, while a secondary retailer also mentions a rear light in the photos. The ENGWE T14 is therefore best suited as an urban folding e-bike for users looking for compact folded dimensions, 250 W power, 25 km/h speed, 42 km PAS range, 100 kg load capacity and easy maintenance.

Compared with other ENGWE models, the ENGWE T14 is primarily an urban and compact folding electric bike, not an off-road fat bike or a powerful travel-touring model. Compared with models such as the ENGWE EP-2 Boost or L20 Boost, which ENGWE presents with a longer range, larger wheels and a more robust construction, the T14 is smaller, easier to store and better suited to riders who mainly need to save space, get on easily and ride short routes. Compared with models such as the M20 or L20 3.0 Pro, which ENGWE offers as more distinctive, more powerful or more comfortable models with greater emphasis on longer rides and more premium equipment, the T14 is simpler and more practical for everyday urban use. Its main strengths are compact folded dimensions of 79 × 73 × 47 cm, weight of 22.7 kg, 250 W motor, 48 V 10 Ah battery, 25 km electric range, 42 km PAS range and 100 kg load capacity. If a customer is looking for a small folding electric bike for the city, the T14 makes more sense than large ENGWE fat bikes; however, if they need a longer range, higher comfort on broken roads or a greater power reserve, higher ENGWE models will be more suitable.
